![]() | Calgary Folk Music Festival: Folk Boot Camp Cantos and the CFMF work together to present the annual Folk Boot Camp - six intensive workshops featuring songwriting, guitar, vocal, and banjo taught by stellar Festival musicians. The three-day sessions allow the instructor and 15 participants to develop their skills and receive constructive feedback from the instructor and peers. |
![]() | Olympic Plaza Cultural District: First Thursdays Cantos regularly participates in OPCD's First Thursdays - Calgary's premier food, wine and arts event. On the first Thursday of every month, 35 or more galleries, shops, restaurants, pubs, theatres, museums and more offer special events or discounts - all within three blocks of Olympic Plaza, all free or discounted. We offer free tours of the collection as well as a concert on our music room stage. |

| University of Calgary Ahrend Organ: Pipe! Pipe! Hooray! Cantos and the University of Calgary Organ Chair team up to present this fun and educational program to Grade 3 students at the Rosza Centre on the U of C campus using a beautiful Baroque pipe organ. |
