Desiree Bombenon, Director

Desiree Bombenon has worked in the communications and call centre industry for over 18 years.  With a background in business administration and management, and a concentration in marketing, Desiree is the current President and COO of PDL Contact Centres Ltd., and is recognized as one of Calgary’s young business leaders.  Desiree is an active member of Young Presidents Organization, International Women’s Forum and has chaired several industry boards and focus groups.  In addition, Desiree is involved in mentorship programs with the Junior Achievement organization and offers extensive philanthropic support to many other organizations including the Alberta Adolescent Recovery Centre, the Alberta Cancer Foundation, the Bill Brooks Prostate Cancer Foundation, Safe Haven, the Calgary Urban Projects Society, the United Way and Muscular Dystrophy.
